Hannah Morris

Revd Hannah Morris

Team Curate

Hannah was born in Belgium and moved to England in 2010. Her faith journey was profoundly shaped by the ecumenical community of Taizé in France, where she came to faith as a teenager and met her husband, Matt.

Together they have five daughters: Ella, Lotta, Arya, Clara, and Sterre, who is with them in spirit. The loss of Sterre during pregnancy has deeply influenced Hannah’s sense of vocation and calling to the priesthood.

She trained for ordination at St Augustine’s College of Theology in Kent, building on a background in psychosocial work supporting children, families, and young people across Belgium and England. Hannah’s ministry is rooted in a deep commitment to inclusivity, social justice, and care for creation—values she has expressed through initiatives like Make Lunch and Messy Church.

Outside of ministry, Hannah enjoys reading, baking, sewing, knitting, and wandering through nature with the family dog, Cosmo.
